Red Maxwell is a proven design and branding professional with 20 years experience in the marketing field. Prior to founding Onramp Branding, Red started the in-house advertising design and photography departments at Polo Ralph Lauren in New York then became a principal and creative head of Design Factory, an international design and marketing boutique. A three time winner of the London International Advertising Awards, he has developed major brand introductions for Danone Foods, Foster's Brewing Company and Planters LifeSavers. Red is also a pioneer of internet marketing and has launched online sites and promotions for Hanes, Duke Energy, Sara Lee Foods, Accenture and Yahoo!
Red has served on numerous boards for major non-profits and is the co-author of The Wall Street Journal Business Bestseller, The Big Moo.

Linda C. Shieh earned a bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and a master's degree in business administration from Wake Forest University. Prior to Onramp, she was Vice President of Consumer Experience at RJReynolds. Linda joined RJReynolds in 1993 as a marketing assistant.
She became brand manager in 1997 and moved to R.J. Reynolds Tobacco International as marketing manager - global communications. She was promoted to marketing director in 1998 and to vice president - global communications for the Winston brand in 2002, based in Switzerland. LInda returned to Winston-Salem as director-brand marketing for R.J. Reynolds Global Products, Inc. Linda served in 2005 as senior director of innovations. In November 2007, she was promoted to VP - Kool business unit. Linda assumed her current position as VP of Consumer Experience in September 2008.
Linda was born in Taipei, Taiwan and immigrated to the US at a young age. She serves on the Board of Directors of Bookmarks and was selected as one of the top 20 People of 2004 by Go Triad magazine.

Growing up Grisson had two loves, art and science, and while attending East Carolina University he discovered the perfect blend of the two in the field of graphic design. Grisson graduated from ECU with Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Communication Art, with a concentration in Graphic Design.
Grisson has worked with major clients such as; Champion, Wachovia, BB&T, Hanes, Yahoo!, and Sara Lee. He has worked extensively on new brand development for R. J. Reynolds, developing the new brand standards for the Salem, Austin, and Reynolds Brands.
Grisson has twice been awarded the London International Advertising Award for packaging work done for the RJR Camel brand and was published in the Graphis Interactive Design Annual for work done for the Music Maker Relief Foundation.

Hailing from Florida's Gulf Coast, Kelly earned her bachelor's degree from Florida State University. After completing an opportunity in the News and Public Affairs department at FSU, Kelly joined the Onramp team in 2006, as Media Relations Manager.
Working with such clients as Bali Intimates, Playtex, Wonderbra, Wrangler Jeans, Riders by Lee and RJReynolds, and showing a continued craving for knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the business, Kelly earned her current position of Senior Account Manager at Onramp.
When not at Onramp, Kelly enjoys exploring the town, and finding new adventures all over!
